Time to get messy.
Watercolours, Distress Inks, Alcohol Inks, Paint, all can make 
either a mess or a background. 

There are lots of tutorials on You Tube and Pinterest.

Challenge # 11

A 3D Decoupage Card

You can use printed sheets, printed kits, downloads from CD's
stamping, any materials to create a 3D decoupage,  using either
3d Dimensionals or Silidscoane Glue.

There are lots of tutorials on You Tube, here is a start. 

There are free images available on this  Pinterest link.

If this is the FIRST time you have made a  3D Decoupage
card, tell us, you could be in with a chance of winning
a Special Mention' badge.
